Return & Refund Policy

1. General

Thank you for choosing our products and services. We offer physical goods (e.g., natural crystals, scented candles, accessories, essential oils) and personalized services (e.g., naming suggestions, personalized consultations). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable (Physical Goods)

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/refund, with reasons provided:

  1. Essential oils once opened or used.
    1. Reason: Oils come into direct contact with skin; once opened, hygiene cannot be guaranteed, and the product is partially consumed.
  2. Candles that have been lit, burned, scratched, or used.
    1. Reason: Candles are consumables; once burned, their form and condition are permanently altered.
  3. Customized / personalized items (e.g., engraved crystals, tailor-made bottles).
    1. Reason: Made specifically to personal requests and cannot be resold.
  4. Natural characteristics of crystals/stones (cracks, inclusions, growth lines, pits).
    1. Reason: These are natural “fingerprints” of genuine stones, not defects. We strive to present them clearly in product descriptions and images.
  5. Sale / clearance / promotional items.
    1. Reason: Already offered at significant discount, hence final sale.
  6. Requests based solely on subjective reasons (“not suitable,” “did not work for me,” etc.).
    1. Reason: Crystals, candles, oils vary in individual experience; no guaranteed outcome.

3. Eligible for Return / Refund (Physical Goods)

Return/refund or exchange may be accepted only for unused items in resellable condition if any of the below applies:

  1. Fulfillment error: wrong model/style received.
  2. Transit damage: report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
  3. Material information mismatch: item materially differs from the listing description or agreed specs (size/color), excluding natural characteristics.

4. Service-Based Products Refunds (Right to Request Preserved)

Refunds for services (such as naming suggestions, consultations) may be requested under strict conditions:

  1. Time limit: request within 24 hours of purchase, before service has begun or deliverables provided.
    1. Reason: Services are time-sensitive; after 24h, preparation or work may already be underway.
  2. Partially performed services: the seller may deduct a reasonable fee for completed portions, refunding only the unused balance.
    1. Reason: Time and labor already invested cannot be reversed.
  3. Fully delivered services: generally non-refundable, except in cases of major error (e.g., deliverables clearly inconsistent with order).
    1. Reason: Completed services cannot be taken back, but obvious errors will be reviewed fairly.

5. Return / Exchange Procedure (Goods & Services)

  1. Request: contact support with order number, issue description, and evidence (photos/videos/documents).
  2. Authorization: unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Shipping back (goods): follow our instructions and return all items/accessories/freebies/packaging. For non-seller-fault returns, postage is borne by the customer.
  4. Inspection & processing: once verified, refunds (to the original payment method) or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
  5. Fees & taxes: original shipping, import duties and customs fees are generally non-refundable; where the seller is at fault, reasonable return postage will be covered.

6. Cross-Border & Customs

For cross-border orders, any duties/taxes and customs clearance obligations lie with the recipient per local laws. Delays/returns/extra fees arising from refusal, incomplete address, unpaid duties, or clearance issues are not grounds for refund.

7. Risk & Disclaimers

  1. Product nature: crystals, candles, and oils are for lifestyle and relaxation purposes; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  2. Information use: personalized services are for cultural and lifestyle reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, or other professional advice.
  3. Color & individuality: minor color/texture variations may occur due to photography, display settings, and natural material differences.
